Comfortable bed made for a good night’s sleep.

I arrived to find the room was not cleaned, with unmade beds and trash everywhere. After demanding a different room, I was given another one that also had dirty sheets and stained curtains. The overall state of the hotel was shockingly run down and poorly maintained.

The hotel was welcoming and clean, with spacious hallways that made navigation easy for seniors. I particularly appreciated the accessible shuttle service, which was very convenient for my airport transfers.

Better bed comfort would enhance the experience for seniors.

The double room with two double beds was spacious and accommodating for my family with children. The staff was responsive and friendly, making our check-in process smooth.

The air conditioning unit was somewhat noisy, which affected our sleep quality.

The room was really spacious with two queen beds—perfect for 4 people. Super comfy beds and it was quiet, which I loved. There was a nice coffeemaker and a microwave, too. The shuttle service was a lifesaver, especially since I arrived at midnight. Staff were friendly even late at night. Honestly, the price was pretty reasonable for near the airport.

Why the need for an outdated check-in process? A simpler method is a must!!! Rooms feel worn out, and the shower temperature control needs a serious redesign to avoid scalding accidents!!!

I loved my stay! The king room was spacious and the hotel had a cozy lounge and pool to unwind in. One tiny hiccup was the noise from the nearby elevator, but it didn't ruin my time at all. 😊

Housekeeping needs serious improvement!!! Dirty shower ceilings, weak water pressure, and no replacement amenities during my stay left a lot to be desired. Staff seemed uninterested during check-in, making me question overall service quality!!!

Enjoyed a pleasant stay with easy access to the SkyTrain. The cozy dining area offered a comforting breakfast with a nice buffet selection. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt welcome and cared for. Advise current guests to check the weather before heading out for adventures.

Comfortable room, great amenities, including a welcoming bar area. the free airport shuttle made transfers seamless and the nearby restaurants provided a variety of options for meals.
